Job Duties

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Observe and assess each child's development, and provide tailored support to meet their individual needs.

Implement behavior management strategies in a positive, consistent manner to promote a respectful classroom atmosphere.

Regularly communicate with parents or guardians about their child’s progress and any concerns.

Provide updates through daily reports, parent-teacher conferences, and scheduled meetings.
